I have walked through Police Line to #Muzaffarpur Institute of Technoloyg's play ground on 27th and 29th January 2017. Due to fogy weather and under the poor light conditions on 27th January, the snapped photographs quality was compromised. But the initial survey has compelled me to visit the place on subsequent days. The most important findings of the visit was Nilgiri Flycatcher which is not known or common in the region.
